The <br /> owner meant to apply for a Sunday license as well, and has now done so. Ap- <br /> proval is recommended since the applicant meets all City requirements rements and runs <br /> a high-quality establishment. <br /> Mr. Price moved approval, and Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. All voted Aye. <br /> REQUEST FOR PICNIC LICENSE - CENTER OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS <br /> The Deputy City Manager said the Center of Contemporary Arts (COCA) has re- <br /> quested a picnic license to sell wine and beer during intermissions on six <br /> performance dates in 1990 and fifteen performance dates in 1991. Approval was <br /> recommended, with waiver of other requirements. <br /> Mrs. Thompson moved approval as recommended. Mr. Schoeaner seconded the mo- <br /> tion, which carried unanimously. <br /> RDOUEST FOR PICNIC LICENSE - LOOP-IN-'MOTION <br /> The Deputy City Manager said the Contemporary Jazz Society has requested a <br /> picnic license to sell wine and beer during intermission at the Todd Williams <br /> concert at CASA on October 27, 1990 as part of the Loop-in- lotion Arts Festi- <br /> val. Approval was recommended, with waiver of other requirements. <br /> Mrs. Thcampson rowed approval, with Mr. Schomer seconding the motion. All <br /> voted Aye. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PER IIT EXTENSION - 8202 DEIMAR <br /> The Deputy City Manager said the request frun Agudas Israel, 8202 Delmar, for <br /> an extension of their conditional use permit, was tabled at the last Council <br /> meeting pending further clarification of a final plan and timing. A final <br /> plan has now been agreed on with the staff, and the applicant requests an ex- <br /> tension of six months to complete the remaining work. <br /> Mr. Wagner moved that this matter be removed from the table. Mr. Adams sec- <br /> onded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Schocaner mored approval of the conditional use permit extension of six <br /> months, including all conditions in the original permit. Mr. Adams seconded <br /> the motion. All voted Aye. <br /> Responding to Mrs. Schuman, Mr. Mayer Klein, Agudas Israel president, said a <br /> six month extension was satisfactory.
