<br /> <br /> <br />-It was stated that, in addition to the noise ordinance in the Zoning Code, there were <br />also ordinances regarding property maintenance that should be addressed with the <br />Department of Community Development. Ms. Riganti stated she would submit a <br />request to the property maintenance division to investigate the fence that was <br />discussed and a citation would be issued if there was a violation. <br /> <br />st <br />Ms. Helen Sanders 1141 81 Street stated she was in favor of having tenants at the <br />proposed location as opposed to vacancies. <br /> <br />Questions/Comments from Plan Commission members and responses from the applicant <br />included: <br /> <br /> <br />-What time do deliveries occur? Ms. Zhang stated that for their business, deliveries <br />would be through the front doors prior to any scheduled event and would be delivered <br />by a smaller vehicle. <br /> <br />-The applicant was asked if she had spoken with any of the neighbors at this location <br />about the proposed use. Ms. Zhang stated she had not. <br /> <br />Ms. Locke closed the public hearing and asked for any comments or discussion among <br />Plan Commission members. There was no further discussion. A motion was made by <br />Mr. Salamon to approve the Conditional Use Permit, subject to the conditions set forth in <br />Attachment B of the Staff Report, and with the understanding that the rear fence would <br />be inspected by the City and any issues addressed. Discussion Change to Plan Commission meeting time <br />Mr. Salamon proposed that the Plan Commission meetings be held at 6:30 pm instead of 7:00 <br />pm. The request was made to address the amount of hours invested by staff and to be consistent <br />with City Council meetings. It would also provide additional time in the case of longer <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Questions/Comments from Plan Commission members and discussion included: <br /> <br /> <br />-The University City Calendar indicates 7:00 pm for Plan Commission meetings. <br /> <br />-There are also various outlets other than the calendar for citizens to be informed of <br />any change to the meeting time. <br />tğŭĻ Ќ ƚŅ Ў <br /> <br /> <br />
