PUBLIC HEAR/]qG - REZONING 7400 OLIVE The City Manager said a public hearing was scheduled at this time to coneider a proposal recdm~ended by the Plan O~m~dssion to fezone the folTaer mwninical college at 7400 Olive f~u~, "PA" Public Activity to "GC" General CumLercial. Rezoning does not include any specific uses for the p~uperty, which would be coneidered only following a final decision by Council on the zcelng category.
