A ten (10) foot wide rear yard shall be maintained for tha addition. 2. All areas of the site, with the exception of the landscaped area in front of the existing building shall be paved with blacktop or concrete paving. 3. He said there was a question about the fight condition, which his plans show as five feet, but suggested it be determined by himself and Director of Planning Al Coldman. Mr. Coldman said if the condition is left at 10 feat, it precludes moving the building to the property line; the Code re~?~es either ten feet or zero.
