Session 1778 <br />March 20, 2000 <br /> <br />MS. Colquitt moved adoption. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion. The roll call vote was <br />as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer <br />and Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill no. 8454 passed and became ordinance <br />no. 6233. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8455 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.36 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING <br />SECTION 10.36.040, RELATING TO SCHOOL ZONES DESIGNATED, AND <br />ENACTING A NEW SECTION 10.36.040 SO AS TO ESTABLISH A SCHOOL <br />ZONE ON WASHINGTON AVENUE, FROM HANLEY ROAD TO JACKSON <br />AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption.
