Bill no. 8458 passed and became ordinance no. <br />6237. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8459 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.36 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC STREETS, BY ENACTING A <br />NEW SECTION "10.36.155 RIGHT TURNS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN <br />STREETS AT ALL TIMES OR DURING DESIGNATED HOURS", CONTAINING <br />A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff pointed out that this intersection involved a county and a city street. This <br />will cover Washington, a city street, but then it needs to be submitted to the County. The <br />County needs to adopt a similar ordinance before it goes into effect. He has no idea <br />whether the County will agree with this or not. The Councilmembers may wish to write the <br />County Councilmembers asking for support of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
