Council that Ms. Pumm, who does make the decision with respect to how the minutes are written, <br />also sends out draft minutes. It would be helpful if these kinds of concerns could be shared with Ms. <br />Pumm before the minutes are brought forth for final consideration so that Ms. Pumm can make <br />suggested revisions prior to the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe withdrew his motion to approve the minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch asked Ms. Pumm if she would review the audio recording from the last meeting and <br />revise the minutes to document the exchange referenced by Mr. Crow. Ms. Pumm stated that she <br />would do so. <br /> <br />F. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. <br />Denise Anderson was nominated to the Board of Adjustment by Mayor Welsch, replacing <br />Fannye Houston. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe and carried unanimously. <br />2. <br />Richard Juang was nominated to the Green Practices Commission by Dr. Carr, replacing Helen <br />Fuller. The motion was seconded by Mr. Crow and carried unanimously. <br />3. <br />Robert Elgin was nominated to the Green Practices Commission by Mr. Kraft, replacing Daniel <br />Oerther. The motion was seconded by Mr. Crow and carried unanimously. <br />4. <br />Carol Wofsey was nominated for reappointment to the Traffic Commission by Mr. Kraft. The <br />motion was seconded by Mr. Crow and carried unanimously. <br />5. <br />Lois Sechrist and Dianne Benjamin were nominated for reappointment to the Green Practices <br />Commission by Mr. Kraft. <br />Mr. Kraft stated that although both nominees have previously served on this committee it was <br />not deemed an official commission until three or four years ago, which makes them eligible for <br />reappointment. The motion was seconded by Dr. Carr and carried unanimously. <br />6. <br />Dan Savory was nominated to the Civil Service Board by Mr. Jennings, replacing Gerald <br />Greiman. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe and carried unanimously. <br />7. <br />Raheem Adegboye was nominated for the Washington University/Advisory Board by Mr. <br />Jennings. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />G. SWEARING IN <br /> <br />1. <br />Gary Nelling was sworn in to the Board of Adjustments. <br />2. <br />Patricia McQueen was sworn in to the CALOP Commission. <br />3. <br />Mark Critchfield will be sworn in to the Historic Preservation Commission at a later date. <br />4. <br />William Chilton was sworn in to the Historic Preservation Commission in the City Clerk’s office. <br />5. <br />Kathrine Reed Wilbur was sworn in to the Youth Commission in the City Clerk’s office. <br /> <br />H. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (Total of 15 minutes allowed) <br />Eugene Ruth, Jr., 7210 Waterman Avenue, University City, MO <br />Mr. Ruth appeared on behalf of Citizens for Restoring Transparency and provided Ms. Pumm with a <br />Petition to Recall Councilmember Kraft. <br /> <br />Tom Sullivan, 751 Syracuse, University City, MO <br />Mr. Sullivan stated that he would like to bring the following issues to Council’s attention: <br /> <br /> The failure of Ms. Pumm to provide electronic copies of the applications for City Judge; <br /> <br /> The failure of Ms. Pumm to provide copies of any correspondence related to Lynn Richie’s <br />appointment as City Judge <br /> <br /> The failure of Ms. Pumm to provide copies of emails related to the Loop Trolley CUP <br /> <br /> The failure of the City to adhere to the consulting engineer’s recommendation to replace the <br />contractor assigned to the Ferguson Avenue Bridge which is now in default. <br /> <br />Sonya Pointer, 1551 Mendell Drive, University City, MO <br />Ms. Pointer made the following requests: <br /> <br /> That body cameras be required for all on-duty officers; <br /> <br />
