Session 1790 <br />August 7, 2000 <br /> <br />2. The operator of the convenience store/gasoline station shall regularly police the site <br /> and the area adjacent to the store to remove litter and debris. <br /> <br />Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all times. <br />Adequate refuse disposal shall be provided by and for the business. The refuse <br />containers and surroundings shall be maintained in a clean condition. <br /> <br />A detailed landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Director of Planning for review <br />and approval. Approval of the landscaping plan shall be contingent upon it being <br />considered to demonstrate that screening is above and beyond the minimum <br />screening requirements contained in Section 34-60 of the Zoning Code and that <br />there is special landscape design and site planning features per Section 34-36.5(4) <br />of the Zoning Code. Said landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the <br />approved plan. <br /> <br />Setbacks shall be modified to 5' for the proposed building on the east side <br />increasing to 12' on the west. <br /> <br />6. Site coverage shall be increased to 80%. <br /> <br />The hours of operation shall be limited to those between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. <br />Sunday through Thursday and to those between 6 aom. and 12 a.m. Friday and <br />Saturday. <br /> <br />8. The use of exterior speakers for the gas pumps shall be prohibited. <br /> <br />Curb-cuts shall be approved by the proper state and/or county agencies. If there is a <br />substantial change in site design caused by those approvals, the applicant shall <br />resubmit the changes to the City Council. <br /> <br />10. Overnight outdoor parking or storage of vehicles is prohibited. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The canopy shall be constructed according the approved plans submitted with this <br />application. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />No tables and/or chairs for patron usage shall be permitted inside or outside the <br />store. Further, mechanical or electronic game machines or devices and/or table <br />sports (including pinball machines, electronic video games, virtual reality devices, <br />table tennis, billiards) and other similar games or sports shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
