2. A full and complete set of plans, records and "a~- <br /> built" maps showing the exact location of all CATV <br /> equipment installed or in use in the City, exclusive of <br /> subscriber service drops. <br /> <br /> 3. When not otherwise prescribed herein, all matters re- <br /> quired to be filed with the City shall be filed with the <br /> City Manager. <br /> <br /> d) OTttER RECORDS <br /> <br /> The City may impose reasonable request for additional information, <br />records and documents from time to time. <br /> <br /> e) INSPECTION OF PROPERTY AND RECORDS <br /> <br /> At all reasonable times, the Compamy shall permit examination by <br />any duly authorized representative of the City, of all franchise property, <br />together with any appurtenant property of the Company situated within or with- <br />out the City. The Company shall also permit any duly authorized representative <br />of the City to examine and transcribe any and all maps and other records kept <br />or maintained by the Company or under its control concerning the operations, <br />affairs, transactions or property of the Company. If any of such maps or <br />records are not kept in the City, or upon reasonable request not made available <br />in the City, and if tile City shall determfne that an examination of such maps <br />or records is necessary or appropriate in the implementation of franchise regu- <br />lation, then all travel and maintenance expense necessarily incurred in making <br />such examination shall be paid by the Company. <br />Section 11. Removal of CATV System <br /> <br /> a) At the expiration of the term for which this franchise is granted, <br />or upon its termination as provided herein, the Company shall forthwith, upon <br />notice by the City, remove at its own expense all designated portions of the <br />CATV System from all streets and public property within the City. If the <br />Company fails to do so, the City may perform the work at the Company's expense. <br />A bond shall be furnished by the Company in an amount as determined by the <br />City, to be sufficient to cover this expense. <br /> <br /> b) In removing its plant, structures and equipment, the Company shall <br />refill, at its own expense, any excavation that shall be made by it and shall <br /> <br />leave all public ways and places in as good a condition as <br />prior to the Company's removal of its equipment and appliances <br />ing other electrical or telephone cable wires or attachments. <br /> <br />were prevailing <br />without affect- <br />The City shall <br /> <br />3O <br /> <br /> <br />
