inspect and approve the condition of the public ways and public places and <br />cables, wires, attachments and poles after removal. The liability, indemnity <br />and insurance as provided herein and the bond provided herein shall continue in <br />full force and effect during the period of removal until full compliance by the <br />Company with the terms and conditions of this paragraph in this ordinance is <br />achieved. <br /> <br /> c) In the event of a failure, neglect or refusal by the Commany to <br />complete any work required by this section, or any other work required by City <br />law or ordinance within the time which may be established and to the satisfac- <br />tion of the City, the City may cause such work to be done and the Company shall <br />reimburse the City the cost thereof within thirty (30) days after the receipt <br />of an itemized list of such costs or the City may recover such costs through <br />the bond provided by the Company. The City shall be permitted to seek legal <br />and equitable relief to enforce the provisions of this section. <br /> <br /> d) At the City's option, upon either expiration or termination of the <br />franchise, the City may acquire all portions of the CATV System within the City <br />as provided in ARTICLE IV. <br /> <br />Section 12. <br /> <br /> a) <br /> <br />the City at <br /> <br /> Required Services and Facilities <br /> <br />GOVERNMENT ACCESS CHANNEL <br /> <br />The Company shall provide at least one (1) channel for the use of <br />no charge to the City.
