obtained concerning the ~se of equipment and/or appear- <br />ance of any minors on a cablecasting program. The adult <br />shall also be responsible for liability resulting from <br />the use of appearance by a minor. The Program <br />Coordinator may waive these requirements in appropriate <br />circumstances. <br /> <br />(d) All video tapes of programs and scripts of programs <br />to be cablecast live shall he submitted upon request to <br />the Program Coordinator a m~nimum of two (2) days and ~ <br />maximum of ten (10) days (at the discretion of the Pro- <br />gram Coordinator) before scheduled to be cablecast so <br />that there will be an opportunity for review for ~11egal <br />content and technical quality. The judgment of the <br />Program Coordiuator shall be final with respect to the <br />use of the particular scheduled program. <br /> <br />(e) All requests shall be processed on a first-come, <br />non-discriminatory basis pursuant to Section 1 hereof. <br />An access channel user may specify alternative dates and <br />times in his initial request. Time obtained on behalf <br />of one user may be assigned or transferred to another <br />party, if no other user is inconvenienced and if the <br />prior written permission of the Program Coordinator is <br />obtained. <br /> <br />(f) Should the Program Coordinator determine or believe <br />that the statements in the access channel user's appl~- <br />cation are false, misleading or incomplete concerning <br />the presentation of advertising material, the Company <br />shall not cablecast or permit to be cablecast the <br />material or portions of the material presented for <br />cablecast by the access channel user. <br /> <br />(g) Failure to comply with these rules may subject the <br />user to forfeiture of the right to use a public or <br />educational access channel. <br /> <br />6. Application for Leased Access Channels <br /> <br />(a) Application for leased access channels shall be sub- <br />mitted in writing and shall identify the proposed access <br />channel user by name and address, and specify or contain <br />the following information: <br /> <br />(i) The leased access cable channel desired when <br /> more than one such channel is available for <br /> leased access cablecasting; <br /> <br />(ii) The day or days for access cablecasting desired~ <br /> <br />(ill)The time segment (i.e., 9:00-10:00 a.m. or <br /> 10:00-11:00 a.m.) desired and duration of the <br /> cablecastl whetber use of available cablecast <br /> equipment and/or facilities is desired; the time <br /> and d~ration of such use; <br /> <br />(iv) <br /> <br />The nature of the program (loe., video tape, <br />live, etc.) If video tape, a statement of the <br />type or size (i.e., 3/4 inch video cassette, 1/2 <br />inch tape, etc.) <br /> <br />(v) A full and complete statement of the topic or <br /> topics to be discussed or portrayed; <br /> <br />43 <br /> <br /> <br />
