Apartment dwellings. <br /> f <br /> 3 > Home occupations as provided in section 34-51 . <br /> 4. Accessory uses as provided in section 34-52. <br /> ?4-39 .4 . Cond _tcnal uses. <br /> The Council may authorize any of thy, following uses by conditional <br /> use permit, as provided in section 34-65: <br /> 1 . Public parking garages. <br /> 2. Utility substations. <br /> 3. Public parks and playgrounds. <br /> 34-39.5. Site plan approval required. <br /> The council may authorize any of the following uses after a site <br /> plan review is completed as provided in section 34-39: <br /> 1 . Offices of all types. ; <br /> 2. Hotels. <br /> 3. One or more of the following accessory uses that do not <br /> comply with the limitations of subsection 34-52.3g with <br /> respect to window displays, signs, and percentage of gross <br /> t <br /> floor area: <br /> a) Strictly incidental convenience retail uses including <br /> personal services such as barber shops, beauty shops, <br /> photographic studios or dry cleaning and laundry pick-up <br /> or self-service facilities, and restaurants, cafes or <br /> soda fountains. <br /> b) Child day care or day nursery facilities. <br /> c) Health clubs, massage facilities, steam baths, swimming <br /> pools, exercise rooms or gymnasium. <br /> d) Meeting halls, club houses, or training facilities. <br /> e) The total floor area use for all such accessory uses <br /> shall not exceed 15 percent of the gross floor area of <br /> the building or project. <br /> 4. Parkng lots. <br /> 2 <br />
