Where separate closets for each existing bedroom are not possible, <br /> a closet elsewhere within the living unit may be acceptable provided <br /> the minimum area is obta. ined and is reasonably accessible to the <br /> bedroom. <br /> <br />Each living unit shall have a designated closet or ot~er suitable space with- <br />in the unit or locked space elsewhere within the building or other structure <br />on the property, convenientiy accessible, for general storage. The mini- <br />mum volume of general storage space for each living unit shall be 100 cubic <br />feet and should be appropriately increased for 3 or 4 bedroom living units. <br /> <br />C. ~ulldin~ Planning--Non--Residential Uses. <br /> <br />1, .In non-residential buildings with mixed occupancy, all dwelling units shall <br /> comply with the regulations set forth in the residential sections of these <br /> standards. <br /> <br />In all non-residential structures, there shall be provided at least two <br />means of exit from each floor of occupancy. Framing for floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs shall be capable of sup- <br /> potting required loads and shall be maintained in good repair.
