No flight of stairs shall have set- <br />tled out of its intended position or have pulled away from the supporting or <br />adjacent structure, <br /> <br />All accessory structures or exterior appurtenances such as fencest gar- <br />ages, sheds, shall Be removed or replaced, if they are functionally obso- <br />lete or repair is not economically feasible. Garages which are to be <br />restored to a standard condition shall be reconstructed according to speci- <br />fications set forth in the City~s Building Code governing new construction, <br /> <br />The materials to be used in repair or reconstructing all or part of a <br />structurn or accessory structure shall be essentially the same as the orig- <br />inal materials in size, color and composition and shall match as closely <br />ns possible the in-place construction of the existing etruc%ures. <br /> <br />Parking Space: I{ the parldng space is adjacent to an alley entrance the <br />depth of the space shall be 3Z feet measured from the center line of the <br />alley. Roofings shall be watertight to prevent leakage into the building. <br /> <br />Toilet room and bathroom floors and walls shall be constructed so as to <br />prevent leakage of water used under normal conditions which may cause <br />deterioration or defects in structural members and ceilings below.
