the new construction meets all the requirements of this code for <br />exterior wall construction. <br /> <br />515.2 Tempotax7 closure, restricted: Doors, windows and other <br />exterior wall openings shall not be closed up or boarded up with <br />temporary construction unless the code official makes a finding <br />that such temporary closure is necessary to protect the public <br />health, safety or welfare. <br /> <br />515.3 Temporary closure, standards: Temporary closures permitted <br />under this section shall consist of not less than 1/2 inch thick <br />weather-resistant plywood coated with approved paint or protective <br />coating to prevent deterioration, cut to fit within openings, <br />securely nailed or screwed in place and securely braced. <br /> <br /> ( Article 6 Special Use and occupancy Requirements ) <br /> (SECTION 620.0 MOBILE UNITS) <br />620.1 Generalz Mobile units, including mobile homes, travel <br />trailers and truck trailers, shall not be occupied or used for <br />storage purposes unless the mobile unit is placed on a permanent <br />foundation and complies with the requirements of this section. <br /> <br />Exception: Temporary site office and storage facilities in <br />connection with construction operations for a limited period <br />of time as approved by the building official. <br /> <br />620.2 Construction: All mobile units shall be designed and <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of this code. <br />Prefabricated construction shall be evaluated, inspected and <br />labeled in plant in accordance with Section 1301.3. <br /> <br /> (Article 7 Interior Environmental Requirements) <br /> (709.0 VENTILATION OF SPECIAL SPACES) <br />709.1.1 Ventilating Area: The minimum required net free <br />ventilating area shall be 1/150 of the area of the space <br />ventilated, except that the minimum required area shall be reduced <br />to 1/300, provided: <br /> <br />1.
