~24.2.~ Qualifications of board members: At least three of the <br />members shell have at least ten (10) years experience ssa licensed <br />architect, builder, superintendent of building construction or <br />licensed professional engineer with structural, civil or <br />architectural engineering experience. <br /> <br />124.2.2 Alternate members: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />124.2.5 Secretary: Is hereby deleted in its entirety <br /> <br />124.3 Notice of meetingz The meeting shall be upon notice from <br />the chairperson, within thirty (30) days of the filing of an <br />appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. <br /> <br />~24.6 Board decisions: No resolution shall be approved unless it <br />receives the affirmative vote of the majority of those members <br />present to hear the appeal, but in no case shall the board modify <br />or reverse the decision of the code official without a concurring <br />vote of at least three of its members. <br /> <br />=24.7 court review: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br /> (SECTION 125.0 NUMBERING OF BUILDINGS) <br />125.1 Building permits: Before a building permit is issued for <br />the erection of any building requiring a number, the applicant <br />shall be assigned an official number for the building in accordance <br />with the standard numbering system established for the City. <br /> <br />125.2 Numbering system: On all east and west streets, numbers <br />shall be a continuation of the numbering system established by the <br />City of St. Louis, with odd numbers on the north side and even <br />numbers on the south side. On all north and south streets, Forsyth <br />Boulevard shall be the dividing line, and numbering shall be <br />assigned northwardly and southwardly from such dividing line, with <br />even numbers on the east side and odd numbers on the west side.
