(203 mm) on all exterior property except weeds and grass on <br />unimproved parcels of land shall be maintained at a height of no <br />more than 12 inches (305 mm). The area along fences and along <br />foundations shall be maintained free of volunteer growth of trees <br />and shrubs. <br /> <br />PM-301.7.1 Fences <br />Fences shall be kept in a good state of repair and shall not be <br />allowed to deteriorate to an unsound or unsightly appearance. <br />Repairs shall be made with materials that match the balance of the <br />fence. <br /> <br />PM-301.S Motor vehicles <br />No wrecked, dilapidated, or derelict motor vehicle or any part <br />thereof which does not meet the safety standards for maintenance <br />and operation as provided under the statutes of the State, shall be <br />stored on the premises except within a fully enclosed building or <br />on the premises of a motor vehicle repair facility within the <br />limitations of a duly issued permit for such facility. <br /> <br />PM-301.9 Building numbers <br />The officially designated building numbers shall be displayed in <br />arabic numerals not less than 3 inches (76 mm) in height on all <br />premises improved with a building, so that such building number is <br />legible from the street and from the alley, if an alley adjoins the <br />premises. <br /> <br />PM-301.10 Storage areas <br />All open salvage yards and open storage areas shall be completely <br />obscured from surrounding property and public areas by a solid <br />screen not less than 6 feet (1828 mm) in height. <br /> <br />(SECTION PM-302.0 EXTERIOR STRUCTURE) <br /> <br />PM-302.6 Roofs and drainage <br />The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight, and not have defects <br />which admit rain. Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent <br />dampness or deterioration in the walls or interior portion of the <br />building. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that <br />creates a public nuisance. <br /> <br />PM-302.10.1 Tolerance <br />There shall be no variation exceeding 3/8 inch in depth of adjacent <br />treads or the height of adjacent risers and the tolerance between <br />the largest and smallest riser shall not exceed 1/2 inch. <br /> <br />PM-302.11.1 Glazing <br />Every window, glazed exterior door, exterior transom or exterior <br />sidelight shall be provided with properly installed glass or other <br />approved glazing material without holes, open cracks, or multiple <br />cracks in the same pane or sheet.
