M-109.9 R~fusal to comply: The code official shall revoke a permit in the case of <br />repeated refusals to comply with stop work orders. <br /> <br />M-113.2 <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> (SECTION M-II3.0 FEF~ <br />Periodic Inspections: Inspection fees shall be as established by local <br /> <br />M-I13.3 Fee Schedule: A fee for each application, plan examination, permit, <br />inspection, appeal, and other service furnished by the Department of Building Inspection <br />or its contractors, shall be as prescribed in local ordinances. <br /> <br />M-113.6 Double Fee: When any work for which a permit is required by this code is <br />started prior to obtaining said permit, the total applicable fee shall be doubled, but the <br />payment of said doubled fee shall not relieve any person from complying with the <br />requirements of this code nor from the penalties prescribed for the violation of the <br />pwvisions of this code. <br /> <br /> (SECTION M-f16.0 VIOLATIONS) <br />M-116.4 Penaltles: Any person who shall violate any provision of this code or shall <br />fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall install mechanical work <br />in violation of the approved construction documents or directlye of the code official, or <br />of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, or shall start any work <br />requiring a permit without first obtaining the permit thereof, or shall continue any work <br />in or about a structure after having been served a stop-work order, except such work as <br />that person has been directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition; or <br />any owner or tenant of a building or premises or any other person who takes part or <br />assists in any violation of this Code or who has charge of any building, premises, or part <br />thereof in which such violation shall exist, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to the <br />penalties provided in Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, <br />Missouri. <br /> <br /> (SECTION M-117.0 STOP WORK ORDER) <br />M-117.2 Unlawful Continuance: It shall be unlawful for any person to continue any <br />work in or about a structure after having been served a stop work order; except such <br />work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe <br />condition. ~ <br /> (SECTION M-121.0 MEANS OF APPEAL) <br />M-121.2 Appeals Board: The Board of Appeals appointed under the Building Code <br />shall have jurisdiction to hear all appeals under this code. <br /> <br />M-121.2.1 thru M-121.2.6: Are hereby deleted in their entirety. <br /> <br />M-121.3 Notice of Meeting: The meeting shall be upon notice from the chairperson, <br />within thirty (30) days of the filing of an appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. <br /> <br /> <br />
