(SECTION P-II3.0 Fla~~) <br /> <br />P-113.2 Fee schedule: A fee for each application, plan examination, permit, inspection, <br />appeal, and other service furnished, by the Department of Building Inspection or its contractors, <br />shall be as prescribed in local ordinances. <br /> <br />P-113.3 Double fee: When any work for which a permit is required by this code is started <br />prior to obtaining said permit, the total applicable fee shall be doubled, but the payment of said <br />doubled fee shall not relieve any person from complying with the requirements of this code nor <br />from the penalties prescribed for the violation of the provisions of this code. <br /> <br />(SECIION P-II6.0 VIOLATIONS) <br /> <br />P-116.4 Penalties: Any person who shall violate any provision of this code or shall fail to <br />comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, install, alter or repair plumbing <br />work not in compliance with an approved construction document or directive of the code official, <br />or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, or shall start any work <br />requiring a permit without first obtaining the permit thereof, or shall continue any work in or <br />about a structure after having been served a stop-work order, except such work as that person <br />has been directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition; or any owner or tenant <br />of a building or premises or any other person who takes part or assists in any violation of this <br />Code or who has charge of any building, premises, or part thereof in which such violation shall <br />exist, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to the penalties provided in Section 1-8 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of University City, Missouri. <br /> <br />(SECTION P-II7.0 STOP WORK ORDER) <br /> <br />P-117.2 Unlawful Continuance: It shall be unlawful for any person to continue any plumbing <br />work in or about a structure after having been served a stop work order; except such work as <br />that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition. <br /> <br />(SECTION P-121.0 MEANS OF APPEAL) <br /> <br />P-121.2 Appeals Board: The Board of Appeals appointed under the Building Code shall have <br />jurisdiction to hear all appeals under this code. <br /> <br />P-121.2.1 thru P-121.2.6 Are hereby deleted in their entirety. <br /> <br />P-121.3 Notice of meeting: The meeting shall be upon notice from the chairperson, within <br />thirty (30) days of the filing of an appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. <br /> <br />P-121.6 Board decisions: No resolution shall be apprnved unless it receives the affirmative <br />vote of the majority of those members present to hear the appeal, but in no case shall the board <br />modify or reverse the decision of the code official without a concurring vote of at least three of <br />its members. <br /> <br />P-121.7 Court review: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
