(SECTION P-II3.0 Fla~~) P-113.2 Fee schedule: A fee for each application, plan examination, permit, inspection, appeal, and other service furnished, by the Department of Building Inspection or its contractors, shall be as prescribed in local ordinances. P-113.3 Double fee: When any work for which a permit is required by this code is started prior to obtaining said permit, the total applicable fee shall be doubled, but the payment of said doubled fee shall not relieve any person from complying with the requirements of this code nor from the penalties prescribed for the violation of the provisions of this code. (SECIION P-II6.0 VIOLATIONS) P-116.4 Penalties: Any person who shall violate any provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, install, alter or repair plumbing work not in compliance with an approved construction document or directive of the code official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, or shall start any work requiring a permit without first obtaining the permit thereof, or shall continue any work in or about a structure after having been served a stop-work order, except such work as that person has been directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition; or any owner or tenant of a building or premises or any other person who takes part or assists in any violation of this Code or who has charge of any building, premises, or part thereof in which such violation shall exist, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to the penalties provided in Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, Missouri. (SECTION P-II7.0 STOP WORK ORDER) P-117.2 Unlawful Continuance: It shall be unlawful for any person to continue any plumbing work in or about a structure after having been served a stop work order; except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition. (SECTION P-121.0 MEANS OF APPEAL) P-121.2 Appeals Board: The Board of Appeals appointed under the Building Code shall have jurisdiction to hear all appeals under this code. P-121.2.1 thru P-121.2.6 Are hereby deleted in their entirety. P-121.3 Notice of meeting: The meeting shall be upon notice from the chairperson, within thirty (30) days of the filing of an appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. P-121.6 Board decisions: No resolution shall be apprnved unless it receives the affirmative vote of the majority of those members present to hear the appeal, but in no case shall the board modify or reverse the decision of the code official without a concurring vote of at least three of its members. P-121.7 Court review: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. -3-
