(CHAPTER 3 GENERAL REGULATIONS) (SECTION P-304.0 CONNECTION TO PUBLIC WAi'F_,R AND SEWER SYSTEM) P-304.1 General: The water distribution and drainage system of any building in which plumbing fixtures are installed shall be connected to a public water supply and sewer system respectively. P-304.3 Public Systems Available: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. P-3IM.4 Location: No part of the plumbing system, including water service pipes and building sewers shall be located in any lot other than the lot which is the site of the structure or premises served by such facilities. (SECTION P-309.0 PROTECTION OF PIPES) P-309.4 Freezing: Water service piping and sewers shall be installed below recorded frost penetration but not less than three (3) feet six (6) inches below grade for water piping and two (2) feet (6) inches below grade for sewers. Plumbing pipes in exterior building walls or areas subject to freezing temperatures shall be adequately protected from freezing by insulation or heat or both P-309.5 Sewer Depth: Is hereby deleted in its entirety.
