(CHAPTER 3 GENERAL REGULATIONS) <br />(SECTION P-304.0 CONNECTION TO PUBLIC WAi'F_,R AND SEWER SYSTEM) <br /> <br />P-304.1 General: The water distribution and drainage system of any building in which <br />plumbing fixtures are installed shall be connected to a public water supply and sewer system <br />respectively. <br /> <br />P-304.3 Public Systems Available: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />P-3IM.4 Location: No part of the plumbing system, including water service pipes and building <br />sewers shall be located in any lot other than the lot which is the site of the structure or premises <br />served by such facilities. <br /> <br />(SECTION P-309.0 PROTECTION OF PIPES) <br /> <br />P-309.4 Freezing: Water service piping and sewers shall be installed below recorded frost <br />penetration but not less than three (3) feet six (6) inches below grade for water piping and two <br />(2) feet (6) inches below grade for sewers. Plumbing pipes in exterior building walls or areas <br />subject to freezing temperatures shall be adequately protected from freezing by insulation or heat <br />or both <br /> <br />P-309.5 Sewer Depth: Is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br /> (CHAFFER 12 PLUMBING FIXTURES) <br />(SECTION P-1204,0 MINIMUM PLUMBING FACHATtES) <br /> <br />P-1204.2 Separate Facilities: Separate toilet facilities shall be provided for each sex. <br /> <br />Exceptions: <br />1. Within dwelling units. <br />2. Within individual guest rooms in Use Group R-1. <br />3.
