Neither the Supervisor, the Chief Inspector nor any inspector shall use any <br />false instrument or make any false test in making his examination and testing of instruments used or to be <br />used for weighing and measuring. <br /> <br />618.250 Prohibition Against Interest in Sale of Instruments. The Supervisor, the Chief Inspector, <br />the inspectors and all other persons connected in any way with the office of Weigh~ and Measures are <br />prohibited from selling, offering for sale, or having an interest directly or indirectly in the sale within the <br />County of any instrument used for weighing or measuring. <br /> <br />618.260 Fees for Test of Weighing and Measuring Devices. The.
