week, provided: <br /> <br />It is registered as the personally owned vehicle at the University City <br />residence of the applicant; and <br /> <br />2. It is not a commercial vehicle; and <br /> <br />It does not contain added vertical side extensions, any visible load other than <br />a permanent small locked container, or any indication of a product or service <br />of delivery, in the truck bed while parked; and <br /> <br />It has its tailgate (if any) secured in an upright position (except when loading <br />or unloading); and <br /> <br />5. It contains no self-contained camping unit; and <br /> <br />6. It has no more than two wheels per axle; and <br /> <br />It is parked in the immediate vicinity of the place of residence of the <br />registered owner; and <br /> <br />It does not exceed six and one-half feet (6 1/2') in .height (including <br />accessories) or eighteen feet (18') in length; and <br /> <br />There is a current city truck permit parking sticker lawfully issued to the <br />truck and affixed to the left side of its rear window. <br /> <br />A city truck permit parking sticker shall be issued provided: <br /> <br />The vehicle owner applies with the finance department for a truck permit <br />parking sticker, and pays a one-time twenty five dollar ($25.00) application <br />fee; and <br /> <br />Proof of current and lawful state vehicle registration, and proof of a valid <br />residential occupancy permit, is submitted with the application; and <br /> <br />Prior to initial approval of the track and residence, the city staffverified that <br />the track complies with all other provisions in subsection C unless waived by <br />the city manager. <br /> <br />If any applicant falls to meet all of the requirements of subsection C, a truck permit <br />parking sticker shall be issued provided that: <br /> <br />The applicant makes a written request to the city manager for a waiver of the <br />requirements of subsection C which the applicant fails to meet; and <br /> <br />The request contains detailed information on the applicant's unique <br />circumstances and the severe and unnecessary hardship that will result ifa <br /> <br /> <br />
