August 2, 2002 Text Amendment Ordinance Page 10 of 21 <br />Minor Motor Vehicle Repairs: Minor repairs and services to motor vehicles <br />including minor tune-ups, changing flat tires, replacing batteries, fuses and lights, <br />replacing hoses, replacing filters, installing minor accessories, adding or replacing <br />lubricants, coolant, refrigerant, or other vehicle fluids. <br /> <br />34-93.4 Prohibited Off-Street Parking Activities and Uses <br /> <br />The following off-street parking uses are expressly prohibited: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Repair or service of any motor vehicle in any residential zoning district <br />unless the activities are confined within an enclosed garage or unless the <br />repairs are limited to minor motor vehicle repairs which are completed <br />within twenty-four (24) hours or less, provided that all such repairs shall <br />be limited to the private passenger vehicles of the resident or residents <br />living within the dwelling on the premises listed on the current valid <br />residential occupancy permit. <br /> <br />SECTION 34-37 "CC" CORE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />34-37.5 Density and Dimensional Regulations <br /> <br />2. Building Setback Requirements: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Minimum Right-of-Way Setback: Except as provided for in Article <br />5, "Supplementary Regulations," Section 34-55, no building shall <br />be located within thirty-five (35) feet of a street fight-of-way, <br />unless no parking areas are located between the street right-of-way <br />and any principal or accessory building. Under these conditions, <br />the minimum setback may be reduced to fifteen (15) feet.
