August 2, 2002 Text Amendment Ordinance Page 9 of 21 <br />The following off-street parking uses are expressly prohibited (for the purposes of <br />this section, all vehicles shall be deemed to fall under the definitions of either <br />private passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle or major recreational equipment): <br /> <br />SECTION 34-55 SETBACK EXCEPTIONS <br /> <br />34-55.1 General Setback Exceptions <br /> <br />Every part of a yard between the property lines and the required building setback <br />line shall be unoccupied and unobstructed by any structure or portion of a <br />structure from ground level of the graded lot upward, except for: <br /> <br />3. Rear Yards: <br /> <br />Decks less than eighteen (18) inches in height. <br /> <br />4. Side Yards: <br /> <br />f.
