NOTICE OF MEETING <br /> <br /> Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of University City, <br />Missouri, will be held at the City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, in University City, Missouri, on <br />November 3, 2003, at 7:30 p.m., to consider and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda <br />and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for <br />discussion at the time. <br /> <br />First reading of an ordinance approving the execution and delivery of not to exceed <br />$6,950,000 principal amount of Certificates of Participation (City of University City, <br />Missouri, Lessee), Series 2003. The proposed ordinance is available for inspection in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
