<br />8. Fences, existing; replacement with fencing of same height and materials in the same <br />location, when located in the rear or side yards only. <br />9. Floor sanding, refinishing or replacement of flooring with like materials. <br />10. Flooring; installation of tile, wood, resilient floor covering or carpeting. <br />11. Food waste grinder, replacement, provided the existing waste connection complies <br />with the plumbing code listed in Chapter 35. <br />12. Gutters or above grade portions of downspouts; repair or replacement. <br />13. Painting, exterior or interior. <br />14. Paved areas for residential use on the same lot as the primary structure without roofs, <br />covers or enclosures. <br />15. Plastering, patching. . <br />16. Tents smaller than 100 square feet. <br />27. Tuckpointing, including replacing or relaying not more than 4 square feet of masonry <br />surface. . <br />28.
