All improved properties shall be numbered according to <br /> Section 190 of the Building Code of University City. <br /> (SECTION R324 FLOOD-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION) <br /> <br /> R324.90 Certified elevations. Any building to be constructed in a flood hazard zone, other than <br /> alterations or additions to existing one-or two-family dwellings, shall have the low sill elevation <br /> certified by a Registered Engineer or Land Surveyor who is licensed in the State of Missouri, <br /> before approval of the required foundation inspection shall be given. <br /> <br /> (SECTION R390 CONSTRUCTION SAFEGUARDS) <br /> <br /> R390.1 Temporary construction fencing. Construction fencing shall be installed as applicable <br /> with section 3390 of the Building Code of University City. <br /> <br /> (SECTION R391 CONSTRUCTION SITE SANITARY FACILITIES) <br /> <br /> R391.1 Construction site sanitary facilities. Any new construction, additions, alterations, <br /> and/or construction-like activities shall require job-site toilet facilities. These activities shall <br /> include, but shall not be limited to, all new construction, remodeling, long-term excavation, long- <br /> term demolition, additions, etc. <br /> <br /> R391.2 General. All portable toilets installed must comply with ANSI Z4.3. Job-site toilets <br /> must be available at the start of the project. The building official will notify the contractor if a <br /> portable toilet is required for the project during the plan review process. <br /> <br /> R391.3 Location. All portable toilets must be located with the confines of the construction site. <br /> <br /> R391.4 Maintenance. Facilities must be maintained in a sanitary condition during the course of <br /> the project and in accordance with ANSI Z4.3. <br /> <br /> R391.5 Removal. All portable toilets must be removed prior to the final inspection. <br /> <br /> (SECTION P2690 STORMWATER) <br /> <br /> P2690.1 Residential storm water. Storm drainage from residential properties governed by this <br /> code shall comply as applicable to the storm drainage provisions of Chapter 11 of the Plumbing <br /> Code of University City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 9 <br />
