The fees for all electrical work shall be as specified in Chapter <br /> 2.66 of the University City Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> 404.3 Work commencing before permit issuance. In case any work for which a permit is <br /> required by this code is substantially started or proceeded without first obtaining said permit, the <br /> total normal fees applicable shall be increased by an amount equal to the permit fee; except that <br /> the surcharge amount shall not be less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each permit. <br /> 404.5 Refunds.
