404.2 Schedule of permit fees. The fees for all electrical work shall be as specified in Chapter 2.66 of the University City Municipal Code. 404.3 Work commencing before permit issuance. In case any work for which a permit is required by this code is substantially started or proceeded without first obtaining said permit, the total normal fees applicable shall be increased by an amount equal to the permit fee; except that the surcharge amount shall not be less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each permit. 404.5 Refunds.
