109.4.90 Third-party inspections. All third-party inspections, qualifications, and <br /> reliability shall conform with the requirements set forth in the Building Code. <br /> 109.91 Visits to site. When so directed by the Building Official or when required by the <br /> special inspection provisions of this Code, the registered design professional shall make <br /> visits to the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of the construction components <br /> requiring controlled materials; or to determine whether the work is proceeding in <br /> accordance with the construction of documents approved for the building permit. The <br /> registered design professional shall periodically submit reports to the Building Official <br /> showing the results of such periodic visits. <br /> 109.92 Workmanship. Repairs, maintenance work, alterations or installations which <br /> are caused directly or indirectly by the enforcement of this Code shall be executed and <br /> installed in a workmanlike manner in compliance with this Code, in accordance with <br /> industry standards, and in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. <br /> (SECTION 112 BOARD OF APPEALS) <br /> 112.1 General. University City Building Code Section 113 shall be applicable for all <br /> appeals involving this Code. <br /> 112.2 Limitations on authority. Delete in its entirety. <br /> 112.3 Qualifications. Delete in its entirety. <br /> (SECTION 113 VIOLATIONS) <br /> 113.4 Violation penalties. Any person who shall violate a provision <br /> who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect,emove, <br /> construct, alter, remove, demolish or repair a structure in a manner that is not in <br /> compliance with an approved plan or directive of the Building Official, or of a permit or <br /> certificate issued under the provisions of this Code, or who shall start any work requiring <br /> a permit without first obtaining the permit therefore, or who shall continue any work in or <br /> about a structure after having been served a stop-work order, except such work as that <br /> person has been directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition; or any <br /> owner or tenant of a building or premises, or any other person, who takes part or assists <br /> in any violation of this Code or who has charge of any building, p is <br /> in which such violation shall exist, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to part <br /> he thereof <br /> penalties provided in Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. Each day <br /> that a violation continues after a notice is served shall be deemed a separate offense. <br /> 4 <br />
