Session 1796 October 30, 2000 #2 - Demolition - 7742 Elene: Mr. Ollendorff requested concurrence in the emergency demolition of a dangerous condition at this property following a fire on October 13. Eleven thousand dollars must be paid to Sharp Demolition and Excavation Co. for this emergency work. Several companies were called with this being the only responsive proposal. Attempts at reimbursement will include billing the insurance company and filing a special tax bill against the property. #3 - Information Technology Needs Assessment: Mr. Ollendorff recommended acceptance of a computer needs assessment contract with REJIS for $7500 including expenses. This organization has excellent experience in developing information technology strategies for public organizations ranging from St. Louis County to numerous cities in the region. They have done work for us in the past in connection with police and municipal court. #4 - Golf Course Maintenance Tractor: Invitations for Bids were sent to five vendors for the purchase of a John Deere 5210 Tractor and Hitch.
